What is morning wood is it a old lumberjack expression or something?

I heard the expression from my nephew a few days ago and i didn't understand what he meant.

11. WHAHAHAHA I sure hope not cuz I wouldn't want a lumberjack coming to my house and chopping down my morning wood. It's still too green too, and there's not much wood, all they could make would be a toothpick or a chair leg for a doll house! LOL And I hope uR not dreaming of a lumberjack when you come accross uR morning wood, you may want to talk to someone about that. But seriously, you know morning wood is uR stiffy when u wake up from a good dream. And it don't have to be in the morning, it could be after a nap, it's just most ofter in the morning cuz thats when u get up from bed
