How do you find out if you have a ghost key logger on your PC?

I've been burned by a psycho woman twice now puting a ghost key logger into my PC (same woman). How do i find out if she has done it again? Would you be able to spot it in the task manager under processes running? Are there any good free keylogger detection/removal downloads? a ghost keylogger is a b!tch software thats downloaded that logs every key stroke made including passwords, site accessed online banking, and some even take screenshots and email all this info to the shady bass-turd. My ex did this to me and got into my online banking once and cost me well over $700 and of course couldn't prove a thing just had to sit and dispute every charge with my bank. Charges were like 22.50, 25.50, and 33.00 like once or twice a day every so often for a few months and charges like this always slipped me at the ATM's and always busy before I managed to actually catch it. I still don't know a dollar amount lost since the bank only lets you dispute charges for 3 months back.

The program scans your PC and creates a Log of all the processes and programs that are running on your PC at the current moment.
