How to deal with keystroke loggers.?

After I write something anywhere I almost immediately get SPAM relating to whatever I write. Someone hijacked one of my email accounts replacing the password and locking it in with a "secret question" in the Turkish language. Any help appreciated

1. this free tool removes a lot of keylogers http://spywareterminator.com and I also have spyware doctor. you can download a trial version but I have the paid one and it has a keyloger blocking toolin it. can get from there web site or walmart for $30 but is well worth it as it stops a lot of other things to. good luck.
