My work place is kinda gross. Budget cuts have really cut down on days housecleaning cleans?

The basment of my bilding has nasty moldy carpet that makes the office stink. This place needs remodeled something bad. Who can I say anything to? My boss does not care.

1. Offer to throw out the carpet yourself (with some help from coworkers), since your company can't afford to clean it.
2. contact a local city health services....i can't imagine having moldy carpet in a building is good for anyones help....personally i would not offer to touch or move the carpet because you don't know what it has or what it can potentially give you
