How do I create a key logger?

I use 3 pc's at my work and wish to setup key logger monitoring. I suspect crooked activity. Please advise on the workings of this type of system. How does it work and how to I set this up so it's undetectable?

3. You should cover the legal issues involved and make sure your in the right to use it. By the way don't click on Brenda's link it's malicious the same link is given in multiple yahoo answers be careful.
4. I cant answer your question, but I can give you advise. Do NOT use the key loggers off of Download.com. I downloaded one to my desktop, it turned out to be a very nice virus and it removed all my admin rights, and I am going to have to wipe my system; unless I find some sort of fix soon. They do not moniter the websites that are added to their page. If you go ahead and use the website, Good Luck
